Kialla and Mooroopna is part of the City of Greater Shepparton, 3km (5 minute drive) from the centre of Shepparton. It is a rapidly expanding residential area on the southern side of Shepparton.
Shepparton is the fifth largest city in Victoria, Australia. The population of the municipality of City of Greater Shepparton in 2005 was more than 60,000. It is approximately 180 kilometres (about 2 hours by freeway or train) north of Melbourne, in the Goulburn Valley.

• A medium-sized practice currently with seven General Practitioners. Allied Health on site by one psychologist and local Podiatrist.
• Support staff include a Practice Manager, registered nurses and receptionists.
Kialla Medical Clinic prides itself in providing a wide range of medical services with special interest in Women’s and Men’s Health Issues, Palliative Care, Paediatrics, Geriatrics, Travel Medicine, and Minor Surgery.

Consulting Hours
The medical clinic is open from 8.00 am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and from 0900 to 1700pm Saturdays. Mooroopna is open Monday to Friday from 0830 to 0500 Monday to Friday only
Continuing Medical Education
Our Clinic provides a caring, supportive environment for ongoing education of doctors and nurses, as well as being an accredited training practice for medical students (Melbourne University) and GP registrars (Murray City Coast). We also support training of Nursing Students at various times throughout the year.
Educational opportunities are provided within the practice and locally by the Murray Primary Health Network and pharmaceutical companies.
Support
GPs will be provided with comprehensive, ongoing training and support in the the use of clinical computer software, the intricacies of Medicare and other Bureaucratic procedures, as well as the way this Clinic is run.
When first starting in practice the GP will have ready access to experienced GPs for advice and training with consultations and procedures.
