Corowa Medical Centre is a purpose built medical centre co-located with the Corowa Hospital and community health. Your education and training is our priority. Corowa Medical Centre has three qualified supervisors, and all are committed to and passionate about teaching the next generation of Doctors. As a GP registrar, you will be working in a supportive clinic environment. You will have access to a variety of experiences, and all the support you need from our highly experienced medical educators and GP supervisors and have the choice to receive training through RACGP or ACRRM pathways.

With locations in both Corowa and Rutherglen, Corowa Medical Centre is a longstanding and leading practice where you have access to a range of General and Obstetric medicine. Our experienced team of doctors are highly qualified, with extensive experience across a range of medicine. We are also committed to continuing professional development and training to ensure you have access to up-to-date knowledge and extensive experience across a range of medicine.

Located on the Murray River, Corowa is only 30-45 minutes away from two major regional cities, Albury, Wodonga, and Wangaratta, offering you the benefit of regional centres only a short drive away. You not only have the banks of the majestic Murray River but also Lake Mulwala and Lake Urana. It is the entry point to the famous wine region of Rutherglen and a central access point to the snowfields of NSW and Victoria. Corowa Medical Centre has been serving the region for over 100 years.

We are now located in purpose-built rooms, where we have continued to grow, reflecting our ongoing patient health focus. This has allowed us to provide a range of health services to the surrounding communities.

Providing much needed medical services to the cross-border region of Corowa Rutherglen has always been the priority of our Doctors and will continue to be into the future.
