Dr Roisin Bhamjee – RACGP Foundation Charles Bridges-Webb Memorial Award

Congratulations to Dr Roisin Bhamjee on being awarded the 2019 RACGP Foundation Charles Bridges-Webb Memorial Award. This grant is awarded to GP registrars to assist with research costs associated with conducting any study which has ethics approval and determined to be relevant to general practice, health care, health outcomes or health professional education.

Roisin has completed an academic placement with the University of Melbourne where she conducted a research project on GPs working in Victoria’s ‘Doctors in Secondary Schools’ program.

Roisin is now an RACGP Fellow and a current lecturer within the Department of General Practice at the University of Melbourne.
