Statements of Service
IMPORTANT: If you are hoping to be matched to a practice in 2019. You will need to request Statements of Service (SOS) from your hospital/s.
These are signed letters from your hospital/s. These SOS detail the start and end dates of the rotations you have undertaken. They should contain the total number of weeks in the rotation and all leave taken. These will be required to determine if you are ‘practice ready’ before we are able to place you in to a practice match.
These can take up to six weeks to obtain, so please request these from your hospital as soon as possible. If you require rotations yet to be undertaken to be considered for ‘practice readiness’ please include these in the SOS, as future rotations.
